It’s crazy to think that it was only in 1987 when seat belts were made mandatory in Canada, except for a few instances which now seem– absolutely ridiculous. This clip from CBC has surfaced again because there seems to be similar language used from citizens then that we are seeing now… have a watch for yourself.
