Drug Dealing Charges Laid Following Barrie Area Traffic Stop
Police Say They Found 44lbs of Pot in the Car
Barrie OPP say 44lbs of pot is off the streets, thanks to a traffic stop along the 400. Police say it was a basic traffic infraction that had them pulling a vehicle over on the 400 near Ski Trails Road yesterday. Further investigation lead police to discover a large quantity of marijuana in the vehicle, leading to Drug Dealing charges against the 29-year-old St. Catharines man behind the wheel. He will be back in Barrie for a July 4th court date.
