Aggressive Dirt Biking Lands Innisfil Teen In Hot Water

Police Say Teen Twice Tried To Evade The Law

An Innisfil dirt biker has lots to answer for. South Simcoe Police say they got the call to St. Francis of Assisi school in Alcona around 6:00 last night with reports someone was riding a dirt bike around the school property in an aggressive manner. When police tried to stop the guy, they say he sped off, reaching speeds of 102km/h in a 40 zone along Anna Maria Drive. They say the bike tried to avoid arrest a second time not long after, before a 17-year-old boy was taken into custody, given a laundry list of criminal charges, and handed over to his father with a July court date.
