Neil Peart honored in St. Catherines with a permanent tribute
A poll of residents pushed for a pavilion to be named after him.
So, The Neil Peart Pavilion will be in the Port Dalhousie area of St. Catharines, near the location that gave him inspiration for the song “Lakeside Park” from Rush’s album Caress of Steel. He passed away in January at 67, while suffering from an aggressive form of cancer.
