WATCH: Metallica, The Roots & Jimmy Fallon Play Enter Sandman On Toy Instruments

Metallica joined Jimmy Fallon for his latest ‘Classroom Instruments’ bit last night, where artists sing their hit songs accompanied by kazoos, toy drums, horns and every other silly noise-making device you can think of.

Kirk Hammett played a melodica, and all the members of the Roots wore Metallica shirts. It was pretty darn adorable. Truly, you’ve never experienced Enter Sandman unless you’ve heard it with kazoos

The only disappointment is that their version of the song cut out before the guitar solo.

Metallica will release their new album Hardwired… To Self-Destruct on Friday.
