“Wheels for Wellness” is a great kickoff for the upcoming cycling season conditioning, benefiting both riders and the community! Register your team by February 24, 2025, then join us on March 1, 2025, from 10 am to 5 pm at the South Shore Community Centre to pedal your legs off!
“Wheels for Wellness” is a fundraiser whose proceeds go to wellness related projects and charities in our community. The day is designed to focus on fun, fitness and friendly team competition as teams of up to seven members pedal either spin bikes or bicycles on trainers. We also had several other activities happening simultaneously to keep participants and spectators occupied during the ride… dj music, tests of fitness, healthy snacks & more.
