This Mental Health Week, May 5th to 11th, we’re inviting you to join us in unmasking mental health.
Living with a mental health or substance use challenge is hard enough—but masking it to avoid judgment makes it even harder. Many people wear a “mask” every day to protect themselves from stigma. But the heavier the stigma, the heavier that mask becomes—and the more isolated they feel.
Let’s change that.
Look beyond the surface. See the whole person.
When we lead with honesty, compassion, and connection, we create a ripple effect of understanding across our community.
