What’s in a name? Lots, hopes the Simcoe County District School Board. It’s accepting name submissions for the new Alcona South Elementary School, which is due to open next fall. It’s looking for something relevant to the area – be it historical, perhaps with some heritage value. Submission forms can be picked up at Alcona Glen, Goodfellow, Innisfil Central and Killarney Beach schools.
