Four months after we lost rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, his wife Sharon has opened up about the emotional final moments she shared with her husband.

During an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Sharon shared the details of Ozzy's final night, including constantly waking throughout the night to go to the bathroom, before waking her up for a final moment of intimacy.

Sharon said Ozzy gently told her, “Kiss me… hug me tight.” It was a quiet but powerful exchange that she now holds onto and keeps replaying in her head. She also said she regrets not telling him more how much she loved him.

The next day, Ozzy's last, Sharon also shared that he went through his usual routine and even worked out that morning! When he suddenly collapsed, emergency crews tried to revive him, but Sharon said she knew immediately that he was gone and asked them to stop.

In his final weeks, Ozzy told Sharon he’d been having vivid, meaningful dreams, almost as if he knew he was nearing the end. Sharon said he seemed genuinely happy during that time, especially after feeling the love from fans at his final performance.

Ozzy passed away on July 22nd, at age 76 after years of battling Parkinson’s and other health issues. Despite everything he was dealing with physically, he still insisted on giving fans one final Black Sabbath show in Birmingham.

Sharon said doctors warned him of the risks of doing the show, but Ozzy wasn’t going to let anything stop him from saying goodbye the way he wanted to.

A private funeral was held on July 31st in Buckinghamshire with close family, friends, and his Black Sabbath bandmates. Thousands of fans also gathered in Birmingham to honour the Prince of Darkness in the city where his legendary story began.

Ozzy’s influence on heavy music is immeasurable, and hearing Sharon share these last moments reminds us that behind the icon was a husband, a father, and a man who loved deeply right to the very end.
