York University Says Eating Healthy is Associated With Higher Intelligence

York U. says while junk food might not make you dumb, healthy food will make you smarter. Researchers took a look at over 45,000 Canadians, measuring their cognitive functions, body mass index, physical activity level, and how much fruit and veg they eat, and say those who eat more veggies, keep active, and hence have a lower BMI have a higher IQ. The study intended to look for ways of lessening the symptoms of dementia, and you can read all about it here.
