After a stint out west, Rachel returned to Ontario, ready to champion the latest sounds in rock. As the host of the New Rock Hour, she’s your go-to for the latest tracks, rising stars, and future classics.
Off-air, Rachel’s adventurous spirit leads her to uncover the best of Simcoe County, from scenic trails to local treasures — always with the perfect playlist in tow.
