Road Rage On Hwy 400 Spills Into Innisfil

South Simcoe Police have charged a man with Assault and Mischief in a case of road rage. A man said he was followed up Highway 400 Tuesday by someone who was tailgating and flashing his headlights. The victim told police he was followed when he got off the highway. Then, when he stopped at a red light on the 10th Sideroad on Innisfil, he said the accused got out his vehicle, attempted to punch him and kicked at his vehicle before driving off. The victim took down a licence plate number and gave police a description of his assailant. Police figured out who it was and tracked him down.
