*UPDATE* SONG DISCOVERED* Can You Crack The Most Mysterious Song On The Internet?

After a whole online community coming together the Most Mysterious Song on the Internet has been identified as Subway Of Your Mind by FEX.

How?

Internet sleuths deduced that because of the rarity of the song, maybe it was played once as a demo and got tossed out after that. They were on the right track. The radio station in question presented a music festival/ band competition at that time. People were able to come together and rebuild the list of performers from the festival around 1983/84 when the mysterious song was recorded from a radio broadcast.

One band seemed to fit the ticket, Phret, who played music from their other band, FEX. After reaching out to former members of FEX the mysterious song was identified as Subway of Your Mind.

After finding out about their songs internet fame, FEX is reuniting for a reunion tour.

This track was originally recorded from a German radio station to tape, and the recorder Darius, didn't get the DJ telling us who and what the song was. His sister, Lydia uploaded a part of the track in 2007 in hopes of finding out who is responsible for the song.

There have been some guesses, but nothing firm.

There is a whole subreddit forum dedicated to solving the mystery and the members have created a sort of timeline to help others on the hunt for answers.
