Celebrate Earth Day Grounded in Mindfulness. End the session planting your own seed to take home and watch it grow.
Accompanied by the warmth of natural light and floor-to-ceiling fireplace, practice movement and mindfulness flow together beneath the forest canopy. If time permits, participants may choose to join an optional, instructor-guided step into the forest for a direct connection with nature before and after yoga.
