Workshop Fire Knocked Down By Gravenhurst Firefighters

Gravenhurst’s fire service was called up late last night to tackle a blaze in a home’s workshop. The fire was reported around 11:30, on Jones Road near Winhara Road, and officials peg the damage estimate at $30,000. While a cause hasn’t been determined, it isn’t being considered suspicious, and Gravenhurst fire officials want to remind folks that garages and workshops are often full of dangerous materials which should be stored appropriately.
