Woodstock 50 Lineup Revealed

A wide variety of performers have been announced for the Woodstock 50 festival in August.

The lineup was announced Tuesday and includes Robert Plant, Jay-Z, Greta Van Fleet and Miley Cyrus. There are over 75 artists who will be playing the three day festival in Watkins Glen, New York (about 250 km away from the original Woodstock site).

There will also be a handful of artists performing who played the original 1969 festival: Santana, David Crosby, John Fogerty, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann as Dead and Company, the Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir, Country Joe McDonald, John Sebastian and Melanie.

This will be the fourth reincarnation of the festival. It happened previously in 1969, 1994 and 1999.
