No need to panic
Winter officially arrived at 5:44 this morning. A lot of people thinking, based on the last week or so, it’s going to be a harsh one. David Phillips at Environment Canada is not so sure about that, though he says we will be hit from all angles at times…
Phillips thinks we’re going to land in between last year and the year before in terms of really cold days. Last year there were six or seven that went below minus 20. The year before we suffered through 20 of those days. Overall, he says there will be something for everyone this winter – whether you love it or hate it.
