OPP investigating carpet and window cleaning scam
OPP are looking for more victims of a carpet cleaning scam in the region. They say two men in their 50s have been going door-to-door offering free carpet or window cleaning to introduce their new business; one would distract the home owner while the other pocketed money, jewellery and other valuables. Further victims are asked to contact Provincial Constable Cristian Duna at West Parry Sound OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
