WATCH: Adam Sandler Hosted SNL After 24 Years
He was part of the show from 1990-1995
Adam Sandler hasn’t been back on Saturday Night Live since he was fired from the show 24 years ago.
He hosted Saturday’s episode and left us with some classic moments.
During his monologue he sang about his departure from the show:

Kristen Wiig, Chris Rock, and Jimmy Fallon all made cameos throughout the night. Sandler also brought back his “Opera Man” character for the “Weekend Update” segment.

He also closed out the show with a solo performance paying tribute to his late friend and “SNL” alum Chris Farley, who died in 1997.
