UPDATE: Arrest Made In Wallet Theft

October 4 – Barrie Police have charged an 18 year old Barrie man in the theft of a wallet and credit cards last week from a car parked Bernick Drive. The victim was able to cancel the cards before someone tried using them at several stores along Duckworth Street.

October 1 -Barrie Police are looking for a suspect regarding a wallet stolen this week from a vehicle on Bernick Drive. It was taken early Tuesday morning. The victim was quick to cancel his credit cards so several transactions that were attempted using cards in the wallet were declined. The suspect is described as:

  • male, white
  • shaggy brown hair
  • thin build, 18-21 yrs.
  • wearing a grey long sleeve Crooks & Castles shirt and blue jeans
