Province Removes Restrictions On Medical Marijuana Vapourizer Use

Medical marijuana users are now free to vape most anywhere. The Province this week quietly changed the law, legally exempting medical marijuana vapourizer from a ban of e-cigarettes anywhere regular cigarettes are prohibited. It means you can vape in restaurants, at work, or on playgrounds. Ontario’s Ministry of Health says employers or restaurant owners are still free to ban vapourizer users from smoking on the premises however. Meanwhile, Queen’s Park has suggested they may reverse the decision to lift the ban, only days after announcing it.
