Two Rural Simcoe County Fires Under Investigation
Vacant Bradford Home Destroyed, New Tec Home Spared
A fire near Bond Head is under investigation. Nottawasaga OPP say they’re looking for the cause of a blaze on 9th line near the 20th sideroad, after crews got the call to the home around 4:00 yesterday afternoon. New Tec fire crews made short work of it however, and no injuries were reported. Meanwhile a Bradford fire destroyed a vacant home. Fire crews rushed out to the rural Yonge St. home around 8:00 Saturday morning, weren’t able to save the structure, and now the Fire Marshal has been called in. No injuries.
