Two Charged After Dogs Left in Hot Cars in Collingwood, Blue Mountain

One Pet Owner To Replace Car Window

Even though the kids are heading back to school, it doesn’t mean the warm weather has gone away. Which is to say, don’t leave your dog locked in a hot car. Or else you may get charged, just like two people in the Collingwood area over the weekend. Police say they got the call two two separate vehicles, one in a Blue Mountain Resort parking lot, the other at the Wal-Mart in Collingwood. In both cases, the owners will pay a fine, while the Blue Mountain pet owner will also have to cover the cost of a new window.
