Three Men Charged After Off Road Vehicle Ride Around Alcona
Police Say Trio Was Exceeding Speed Limit By Around 60km
Three guys are facing a slew of charges after taking a ride around Alcona. South Simcoe Police say they spotted two dirt bikes and an ATV motoring along Innisfil Beach Rd. Wednesday afternoon, at speeds of up to 80km/h. Off road vehicles have to keep it under 20km, so the officer tried to pull them all over. One dirt biker allegedly took off, while the other spun out at Adullam Drive. The ATVer stopped to help, which is where police caught up to them. The two men, both from Brampton, facing a combined eleven charges including Stunt Driving, and Driving Without A License. The other dirt biker, an Innisfil man, turned himself in yesterday to face four charges.
