Teen Taken To Hospital After Utility Vehicle Accident
Boy Was One Of Several Riding the UTV At Time
Police are investigating the collision of an utility terrain vehicle the City of Kawartha lakes in which a 14 year old was seriously injured. OPP say several youths were riding the “gator style” UTV when it struck an rise in the field. The impact caused the teen to be thrown from the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries but later transferred to Toronto by air ambulance.
