Owner Already Knew Who Took It

Some quick work by Barrie Police in the case of a stolen vehicle. Police say they came across an empty vehicle parked in the Ross and Sophia Streets area just before 2:00 this morning, with emergency lights flashing. A look at the steering column clearly showed it was stolen, a check with the owner confirmed it. The owner already knew who swiped their ride, and now a suspect is looking at charges of not only Theft, but also Breach of Probation.
