UPDATE: Stabbings At Wasaga Beach
Charges laid
MONDAY
A 34 year old Wasaga Beach man has been charged with Aggravated Assault and Assault With A Weapon in weekend stabbings on 12th Street South at Wasaga Beach. Two victims, ages 22 & 28, were hurt – one seriously. The suspect was also hurt in the exchange.
SATURDAY
One person is in custody following a stabbing in Wasaga Beach. The OPP were called out around 8:00 Friday night, to the area of 12th and Mosley Streets, saying a victim suffered non-life threatening injuries during an altercation there. A suspect was taken to the hospital then to the police station, while police haven’t detailed yet what charges will be laid.
