Teen girl frightened by man in SUV
South Simcoe Police want to have a chat with a man who gave a 13 year old girl a scare Friday morning. She says the driver of a black SUV stopped his car on Nelson Street in Stroud and got out through the passenger door – which gave her a fright. He did not speak or pursue her, and police are not sure anything criminal has taken place, but would like to speak to the man about his actions to remvoe any doubt. He’s described as white, 5’11”, medium build with bright blond hair. Anyone with information is asked to call South Simcoe Police at 705-436-2141 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
