UPDATE: Dozens Of Charges Laid After Some ‘Hot’ Items Bought At Local Garage Sale

SATURDAY  

A Penetanguishene woman is facing 62 charges related to a series of residential break and enters and vehicle break-ins around Penetanguishene and Midland. OPP say they date back to May of this year. Jewellery, cash, ID, electronics and other items were taken – some of which (see below) was recovered at a garage sale last weekend on Church Street in Penetanguishene.

Southern Georgian Bay OPP reaching out to anyone who bought items from a garage sale last weekend on Church Street in Penetanguishene – there may have been some stolen items up for grabs from several break and enters and vehicle thefts around the town and Midland dating back to May. Some items have been recovered .
