So Long Summer…Then Again, Maybe Not

Fall arrived at 4:22am

Something happened while you slept…summer turned to fall, but weather guru David Phillips says it’s going to stay summer-like for a bit. He says there is still a lot of heat left in the lakes, rivers and land so it will feel like summer for awhile yet. That’s not to say we won’t get a bout of frost or see some snow before Remembrance Day, but on the whole Phillips says the models so it will be a warmer fall than normal. It was a pretty good summer, too. We had 14 days above 30 degrees compared to three last year. It didn’t rain much on weekends and there wasn’t a lot of severe weather.
