Smoke Alarms Got Everyone Out Okay
No Injuries Following Barrie Fire
Fire officials are crediting working smoke alarms for getting everyone out of a Barrie home uninjured. Barrie Fire responded to a structure fire reported on Jane Cr. around noon today, getting the blaze under control within a half hour of arriving. Investigators say the cause was electrical in nature, while the fire caused about $250,000 in damage.
