Developing Elite Baseball Players in Central Ontario
Smith Brothers Baseball Central has been making news in the regional baseball community the last number of years, and once again this fall they are getting ready to bring the game indoors for the fall and winter season.
The Smith Brothers are power-hitter Kirby, and his athletic younger brother Konar, who currently plays NCAA level baseball while studying Athletic Training at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. Smith Brothers Baseball Central is staffed with top quality coaches to help develop players in every aspect of the game.
The indoor training facility features a full field, clinics, lessons,training and camps to help aspiring players develop
and take their skills to the next level. In the past, Smith Brothers Baseball Central has hosted specialized baseball clinics and events with former major league players like Toronto Blue Jay’s Devon White and Mookie Wilson. Next spring former Blue Jay outfielder Jesse Barfield is scheduled for an appearance on April 22nd.
Smith Brothers Baseball Central is also the home of the Central Ontario Reds development program, and they run their own indoor fall and winter baseball leagues for all ages of players. The facility is also features soccer and golf training and is available for rental upon request.
