Hope To Be Reopened By Rush Hour!
The northbound 400 is down to one lane between Anne and Duckworth St. Traffic is being advised to avoid the area. A sinkhole developed on the road just before noon. Crews are waiting for equipment to fill the dip in the roadway. All lanes are expected to be reopened by 5 PM.
