Serious Accident Sends One To Toronto Hospital
Barrie Man Airlifted To Toronto Trauma Center
A collision near Innisfil yesterday afternoon had police on scene for nearly 5 hours. A Barrie man was air lifted to a trauma center in Toronto after the SUV he was driving collided with a pick up truck at the intersection of Mapleview Dr. and side-road 25, around 2:30. The 40 year old man is currently listed in serious but stable condition.
An Innisfil man and his 4 year old child, who were traveling in the pick up, were treated and released at the scene. Police credit the use a car seat for the youngster escaping major harm. South Simcoe Police are asking is anyone witnessed the crash that you call them. 705-436-2141 ext : 2034
