Russia has offered a $50M reward being offered by Russia for information related to the downing of a passenger jet last month in the Sinai Desert. Russian security forces have determined there was a homemade bomb placed on board and considers it an act of terrorism. Two airport workers at Sharm el Sheikh have been detained for questionning.
