Roll Over Leads To Impaired Charges

Police have laid impaired charges after a single vehicle rollover in Innisfil early yesterday morning. Both driver and passenger were taken to hospital. While at the hospital Police say it became apparent that the driver had been drinking. A 23 year old Barrie man is now facing a charge of driving while impaired and driving while over the limit. He was released from hospital with a future court date.
