Road Rage In Huntsville

Driver Assaulted At Side Of Roadway

Huntsville OPP need help solving a case of Road Rage. Around 4:30 yesterday afternoon, a newer model white Ford pickup truck, northbound on Highway 11 near North Waseosa Lake Rd, tried to pass a slower moving vehicle. The pickup’s driver says the smaller vehicle wouldn’t let him pass, saying the car kept cutting him off every time he tried. The pickup pulled to the side of the road, where officers say the two occupants of the smaller car stopped too, and assaulted the man. Police say the only description they’ve got is the two occupants were male and in their early twenties. One wore a dark coat with a yellow ball cap. The 65-year-old pickup driver suffered substantial facial injuries.
