Repeat Business For Downtown Barrie Pizza Shoppe

Not The Kind of Repeat Business They Wanted

Break and Enter at PIE Wood Fired Pizza A B&E to a Barrie pizza parlour may have been a repeat performance for the suspect. Around 5:00 Saturday morning, someone broke into the Pie Wood Fired Pizza restaurant on Victoria Street, by throwing a large rock through the front door. Police say the suspect immediately ran to the bar and made off with a few bottles of hooch. This MO matches an incident back on August 5th at the same restaurant, and police think the same guy is responsible for both break ins. The suspect is described as:

  • Male, white (20-30 yrs.)
  • 5’7-6’0”, slender build
  • Dark hair and thin beard
  • Wearing a balaclava on the top of his head, light coloured jacket and jogging pants, dark tall boots and carrying a black bag.

Anyone with information is asked to Constable Hemington of the Barrie Police Service at 705-725-7025, ext2763, khemington@barriepolice.ca  , or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
