Red Cross Canvassing This Week In Penetanguishene
Will be clearly identified
Door-to-door canvassers will be making the rounds of Penetanguishene this week on behalf of the Canadian Red Cross Society. OPP advise this is legitimate; that representatives, clearly identified with Red Cross photo ID and Red Cross IPad bags, will be “canvassing for monthly support…and should not be asking for cash donations but will accept a one time donation if it is offered.” The canvassers ask people to donate using the Canadian Red Cross donation forms.
