Public “Very Satisfied” With OPP Services

Annual Community Satisfaction Survey Yields Positive Results

The Ontario Provincial Police must be “very satisfied” with the results of its latest Community Satisfaction Survey. Data indicates 98 per cent of respondents feel “very safe” or “safe” in their communities, while ninety-six per cent feel “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with the overall service provided by the OPP. The provincial police number crunchers surveyed a thousand randomly selected folks across the province to get an idea of public opinion on the OPP’s service delivery, which is used to guide goals and objectives in the future.
