UPDATE: Police Seeking Three Teens In Theft From Hudson’s Bay

Barrie Police have arrested two teens in a theft spree this month at Hudson’s Bay at Georgian Mall.

The youths had been stopped twice by store security – on June 5 and June 8. Each time they quickly fled the scene.

It’s believed more than $500 worth of men’s clothing and cologne were taken.

A 17-year-old Barrie male has been charged with Theft Under $5,000.

A 13-year-old Barrie male has been charged with two counts of Theft Under $5,000 and one count of Escape Lawful Custody.

Barrie Police are looking for three young males after two thefts from The Bay at Georgian Mall.

Men’s clothing and cologne were taken; the security tags discarded as the trio walked through the store last Friday evening.

Security staff attempted to stop them as they left the store fleeing on foot toward Livingstone Street.

Police believe the same group were the store on June 5 and fled with over $500. in stolen merchandise.

The suspects are described as:

  • male
  • white
  • between the ages of 15 and 18
