Police Say Cab Driver Drunk

A local cab driver is in trouble after a fare called police believing he was impaired. The concerned citizen called after receiving a ride in the taxi and thought the driver was drunk. Police caught up to the cab and gave the driver a road side test, which officers say he failed.
