Police Looking For Witnesses After Pedestrian Struck By Car

Police looking for witnesses following a car/pedestrian collision yesterday afternoon in the city. Barrie Police were called to the scene on Wellington street near the Medical Arts Building where a man had been struck by a vehicle. The 49 year old was initially taken to RVH for treatment but due to the extent of his injuries he was transferred to a Toronto Hospital where he is currently listed in critical condition. Police would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the mishap.
