A word of warning to those trying to beat the system. A Midland man found out the hard way that not disclosing income while receiving benefits is a big no-no in the eyes of the government… oh and it’s against the law the law too. The investigation by Midland Police revealed the 42 year old man had be employed between August and December of last year. And continued to receive government funds. As a result he is now facing charges of Fraud. He will appear in court next month.
