Penetanguishene’s 2017 Budget Set
Overall tax rate yet to be determined; county, education OPP increases yet to be factored in
The Town of Penetanguishene has passed its budget for next year – a 2.4 per cent increase over this year. It puts the town’s increase on the tax bill at around $23 per $100,000 of residential assessment. The budget includes cash for new fire vehicles and equipment, recreation and daycare. Details below:
