Driverless Vehicles Being Tested Out on Ontario Roads In the New Year

You won’t have to keep your hands at ten and two for much longer, if a new pilot program in Ontario goes well. The province is testing out automated vehicles on Ontario roads. The driverless cars will hit the road as of January 1st, with nearly 100 companies involved in the research and development of these vehicles. The province also announced today, an additional $500,000 in funding towards the Automated Vehicle Program in Ontario.
