New Programs Offered For Post Secondary Students In Barrie
Students Can Earn Both A Degree And Diploma
In the wake of Laurentian University announcing it was leaving Barrie, Georgian College and Lakehead University announced today a partnership that will make 20 new programs available to students in Barrie and Orillia. Some of the new programs will be available as early as this September.Two new honours degrees in Business admin and management will be available, along with Interior Design, Commerce and Engineering. Today’s announcement also includes innovative integrated degrees offered jointly through both institutions. These will give students the opportunity to experience the best of both a college and university education, often earning a degree and diploma in just four years.
