More Tips Received, More Cases Cleared By Local Crime Stoppers

Thousands in drugs and property recovered

Crime Stoppers is still getting the job done. The Simcoe-Dufferin-Muskoka unit received 428 new tips and more than 577 follow ups to existing tips in the first three months of the year. Those tips led to 43 arrests, 122 charges and 91 cases cleared. More than $200,000 in drugs and property were recovered and $6470 in reward payments.
