More Horses Killed In A Stable Fire
Second stable fire this month
Another stable fire, the second this month, has claimed the lives of 13 horses in Mount Forest. Firefighters had to put up what they call a ‘water curtain’ to keep the flames from spreading to a nearby house. Cause yet to be determined, but there’s speculation a tractor might have caught fire. More than 40 horses were killed in a stable fire last week in Puslinch, near Guelph.
