Midland Man Accused Of Assaulting His Elderly Father
Son Allegedly Punched Dad After Being Asked To Leave
A Midland man is up on charges, after police say he decked his elderly dad. The call to Midland Police about a possible case of elder abuse came in yesterday, while investigators say the incident happened the day before. An elderly man asked his adult son to leave the house, while the son allegedly punched his father in the face and threatened to kill him. The 41-year-old man has since been arrested and charged with Assault and Uttering Threats.
